I came on to say how much we enjoy this bed because my back doesn't hurt, even after the Groundhog day snow then saw the earlier review that panned the bed.
We think this is a great bed and have told my wife's brother and her best friend, who both bought the bed. A friend from soccer also bought one because I was talking about it over a beer.
We like that it uses soy rather than petroleum in the foam and it is good for my allergies.
When they deliver the bed, it's really neat to watch the air fill it.
Maybe the lady who wrote the bad review got a bad bed or didn't get the box springs the store provides. With a 20-year warranty, why doesn't she contact the company instead of complaining here?
We think this is a great bed for the price and quality.
There is suppose to be a 20 yr warranty on this mattress if it doesn't bounce back a certain amount of inches. Does anyone know how/who/what we have to do to use the warranty? We paid over $1000.00 for this mattress and it hasn't even been a year yet.
After 12 months there is permanent depression in the mattress where each of us slept. I now sleep in the middle on the "hump" and hubby in spare room on an old twin. We were told we'd love it after 20 years... and we HATE it after only 12 MONTHS...
