“Signature Helps MS Sufferer When Warranty is Honored”

  • Comfort
  • Support
  • Durability
  • Value
Pros:
Encourages, and most importantly, ALLOWS, sleep
Cons:
Nothing so far...

We had a mattress from International Bedding that turned out not to be a good one. However, an occasional lemon will happen. Thanks to Melissa and in particular, Anne, at International Bedding, our warranty was honored on the "lemon" and it was replaced. We were offered an up-grade to a Dr. Breuss since the mattress we had is one of the beds IBC no longer manufactures.

I am not an old person or a large person, but my body has been through a lot in my short life time. I have multiple sclerosis, carpel tunnel in both arms, bursitis in my hip joints, and I've had two disc fusion surgeries on my neck, not to mention a massive heart attack, bypass surgery and multiple stent implants in arteries. My husband, too, has had disc fusion surgery on his neck.

Because of the disc fusion surgeries, my left shoulder is impossible to sleep upon. The point of the shoulder always feels deeply bone-bruised. Because of the bursitis and multiple sclerosis, it had been impossible to lie on my right hip. The MS would cause my right leg to go numb within seconds on my old mattress. Since I also cannot sleep on my stomach (don't ask why!), I am left with being confined to sleeping on my back. But this too had been a painful experience since one of the features of multiple sclerosis (otherwise known as the MonSter to sufferers of this incureable, and ultimately fatal, central nervous system disease) is that one is always left feeling as though one is sitting in a vat of hot oil. In other words, the butt burns intensely and constantly.

The first night on the Dr. Breuss Signature bed, I slept all night for the first time in years. Before, resting my elbows on the mattress would have sparked my carpel tunnel to wake me in pain so severe I'd sit straight up in bed and gasp, even though I wear braces on my hands. But the Signature bed is soft and supportive. Not once did the carpel tunnel wake me, as it ALWAYS had in the past, every night without fail, usually several times. What a relief. Some may think the bed too soft, but it is not. It is just soft enough to relieve pressure points that cause pain and just supportive enough to provide a weightless feeling that relieves pain.

I still can't sleep on my left shoulder and they'll never make a bed that allows me to lie on my stomach, but I can lie on my right hip for a few minutes now without my leg going numb. I can sleep on my back with far less burning sensation and pain than what I have experienced in the past few years. My husband would like the bed to be a bit more firm than what it is, but he says he likes it, and judging by listening to him sleep, he sleeps well on it.

I don't believe any bed can completely get rid of all the pain in a body that's been through what mine has. But the Dr. Breuss Signature bed has given me an opportunity to find one inviting place in my home where I can have little or no pain for a space of rest, and for me, that is a blessing I cannot find words to describe. Thank you so much, Anne, for recommending this bed!!

“Sleeping better than Sleeping beauty”

Pros:
Very comfortable, the bed encourages sleep. It conforms to the body very well.
Cons:
The bed makes it very hard to get up in the morning you want to lay in it all day.

It is not a Tempur-Pedic but it is just as good if not better. In our first night we fell in love with this bed. It seems to surround your body in comfort and support. There is a sense of wieghtlessness on the bed there are no pressure points. We used to wake up stiff and sore, but not since we have been sleeping on this bed. For the first time in many years we have through the entire night without having to move around or get up. We will recommend this bed to everyone we know and encourage them to try it out.

“Great Night Sleep! Finally Here for the Both of Us”

  • Comfort
  • Support
  • Durability
  • Value
Pros:
Great support but soft enough for my liking. Wonderful for lower back. Body temp seems cooler throughout the night.
Cons:
Took a little getting use to a slight "floating feeling" that is touted with the bed.

After going through several mattresses in the past 15 yrs because of continuous lower back problems, i finally found a bed that solves my sleepless nights and also something my wife loves. My wife approval was also a critical and important point because she has always favored the softer mattresses. So finding the bed that we both could enjoy and rest comfortably has been quite a task over the past 15yrs.

This Dr Breus bed was just what we have been looking for. We purchased this back in the first part of the year and one the biggest problems we had had in the past was that after the first 3-4 months it seemed as if our old mattresses would loose some form and form around my body creating additional issues when i slept. Also many of our other mattresses, I would wake up somewhat hot. Now it could be that i'm a little large but i just knew there was something on the market that could maintain the great back support and have that subtle softness everyone likes in a mattress and that was the Dr Brues bed. Great value price wise within our budget and seems to be well manufactured.

I would say "Just what the Dr order" no pun intended.

“YUMMIEST Mattress Ever!!”

Pros:
Love the weightless feeling when I sleep. No pressure on my shoulders. No numbness. Cannot feel my husband move.
Cons:
This bed is exactly what I wanted it to be.

I bought this mattress from a small mattress store owner. There was a process where we would lay on the mattresses for a few minutes to let our bodies adjust to the particular mattress we were laying on. We tried several of the Dr. Breus beds and a couple of others. The Dr. Breus bed was by far much much more luxurious than any of the other mattresses we had tried that day at other mattress stores. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and willing to give us time to make up our minds which mattress we wanted.. We have had our mattress about 4 months now and we are absolutely in love with it. We feel it was worth the money we spent since we wake up feeling so much better than we every have. We recommend this mattress to everyone that want sleep quality.

This is the best bed I have ever owned. When I was shopping around I was in alot of lower back pain and after trying this one out for about 15 min in the store, my back hardly hurt at all. Bought it right then and there. Have had it for just over a month now and every night I sleep sounder. Would whole heartedly recommend this bed.

“ The Dr Breus Bed Wow, We never Slept this Good”

  • Comfort
  • Support
  • Durability
  • Value
Pros:
Support, Design, Comfort, Total Package
Cons:
Wish would have got low profile foundation

I started searching for a new mattress because of issues I was having getting a good night’s rest. I made many changes to my sleep habits, some of which included suggestions by Dr Breus himself. This made things better but still was not fully reenergized in the mornings. Then went shopping for a new bed , and our Dr Breus Monogram bed from Sleepy’s was a great decision. Thanks to Simone our sales person who was very patient and knowledgeable, and now I am truly sleeping better.

“"Feels Like A Cloud"”

Pros:
I have had this mattress for 3 years and it still feels great!!
Cons:
There are not any problems I have found with this mattress.

This mattress provides the exact support I need. The eurotop fills in the lower part of my back and helps my back feel so good.
Love this mattress and have had it for three years. I would recommend you try the Europa mattresses. They are very well made and very affordable.

“EXCELLENT VALUE”

  • Value
Pros:
Very good mattress for the money. Soft yet firm.
Cons:
None

Great bed! Sleeps well. The cushioning and foam encasement feature on this bed rank it a best buy. It has features found on more expensive beds for less. I have had trouble sleep on my old mattres and would toss and turn most every night. this bed offers the right amount of support and pillow top enables it to conform to my body. Therefore it reduces the amount I toss and turn at night. I wake up feeeling refreshed and full of energy!

“Not Bad”

Pros:
soft while laying but durable enough to support sitting
Cons:
sometimes i feel like it is too soft but one step down was too firm

We shopped for a whole day stopping at many places and trying way too many beds including the infamous sleep number. after all the debating this was the bed we felt was the most comfortable. we got it home after $850 payment. this included everything but the frame from mattress discounters. It was a huge improvement over our old bed but after sleeping on it a while it felt softer but i am having no more pain like i use to on our old bed. we watch alot of movies and i like to sit up and is a little difficult after a while once you sink in a little but when lying down it is a dream and i feel little movement from my wife.

“Heaven”

Pros:
plush but supportive. supports my back, no aches and pains when morning comes. minimal motion detected.
Cons:
I have to leave it every morning

We shopped for a few days, decided on another brand. Stopped in Mattress Discounters in Columbia and the sales person said we should try this one. I loved it. I still love it. My lower back has no pain when I wake up (it has for years) it has a memory foam top with firm support underneath. It's also very pretty,

“Do not buy from International bedding or Comfort Zone!”

  • Comfort: Way too soft
  • Support: Poor
  • Durability: Way worse
  • Pressure relief: Poor
  • Temperature: Just right
Pros:
Appearance, Price.
Cons:
Comfort, Support, Surface Integrity.
  • Purchased in Oct 2011

With in a couple of months of buying this mattress, it started to sag in the middle. I went to Comfort Zone, where I had purchased an entire bedroom set, and they refused to honor the warranty. I have tried all the tricks to getting a pillow top (which I have had before) to even out, nothing works. I am just going to give this sagging thing away and go with a reputable company!

“Sag Harbor”

  • Comfort
  • Support
  • Durability
  • Value
Pros:
Nothing much........
Cons:
It has body impressions on it, which, in spite of the seller's information, is NOT normal on a good mattress.
  • Purchased in Apr 2010

It was purchased in April, 2010, and it's now junk! We wouldn't buy another mattress of this brand for any price. The dealer really scammed us on this one. A lesson learned---we were unsure of the dealer when we stopped in to price their products.

“Europa/Bedmart Doesn't Honor Warranties”

  • Comfort
  • Support
  • Durability
  • Value
Pros:
Bed was comfortable for the first year
Cons:
Everything....

We have tried for the last 3 years to get Bed mart and IBC Europa to honor the 10 year warranty on this matress. After the first year of having the matress we have a 3" depression on each side, where we sleep. We followed all instructions about standing up the matress for a couple of days and such, as we were told to do this by Bedmart. then we find out they are supposed to replace the matress if the impressions are over 3/4 of an inch deep, ours are over 3"...
Bedmart won't honor because the actual store we purchased from is closed down. Bedmart didn't put our information on a database, so no warranty for us. I'm ready to just give the matress back with with something extra, right through a window.

“Bad bed”

Pros:
Nothing to like
Cons:
bad product

Thought i was getting a good bed because i spent alot of money on it. Only to find out that the 10 year old bed that i had was better. Sleep's,Dr. Breus,or IBC who ever it is does not stand behind this product. Is not much to say but the warranty is a joke, nobody cares, nobody will help me & I am just out $2,249.00 & sleeping on the couch.

“Awful Bed!”

Pros:
None
Cons:
Pain,Sagging and pushed into buying ..

My wife was pushed into this bed by the sleepy's sales rep. I let her pick out any bed she wanted as I have never had back pain from sleeping. At the time we bought this bed we were only engaged and I still slept in a 10 + year old bed. From week 2 this bed was hurting her back,by week 3 I had slight pain. It has now been a year of awful and painful sleep. Again I have never had any back pain period, We do not want nor can we afford another 1000-2000 for a new mattress. I wish we would have read reviews before this purchase and saved so much discomfort. I also noticed sagging within 1.5 months, to be fair we did not try for a refund or have anyone look at the sagging, so I can't say that they would not have replaced it for us. This was a total ripoff from the start and has been the worst 1,500 we could have spent. I will not recommend any other brand and will just stick to the facts. 1 Pushed into buying, 2 Awful pain after sleeping both of us, 3 Started to sag very fast, 4 Worse then the 10 year old mattress. Please do your homework and buy one that has been reviewed well and stay away from this company.
