We bought this bed (King) for our Vacation park Model home and like it so much were considering one for our home! The salesman at Bedmart was very helpful in our process of picking the bed that met our needs and the price was very affordable for the quality of the Bed.

We bought this mattress last year and just after few months it started killing our backs. It was my wife who started getting back pains and now me. It got to the point where she doesn't even sleep in her room anymore. We tried to contact the manufacturer but nobody ever picks up the phone and never returned our calls. The Gallery Furniture in Milford ran out of business and we are stuck with this stupid mattress.

At the store, I laid on this bed and it seemed pretty comfy. The plush look and the $400 price helped me feel that this was a quality mattress. However, I didn't even last one night on it. The mattress quite literally hurts. I placed 2 foam mattress pads on top of it half way through the night. It helped take away the feeling of laying across door knobs but made it quite obvious that there was not good support in this mattress. An hour later I flipped my brand new mattress off my bed and replaced it with the mattress from the couch hideaway bed so I could get some sleep..though I've always hated sleeping on the couch mattress....it is better than sleeping on Five Star Mattress's Esteemed Collection Special Edition bed.

Bad support, roll towards the middle of the bed. I have to put a body pillow in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling into my g/f. Mattress in less than 8 months old, we are shopping for a different brand all together. I really wish I would have done my homework before buying, total waste of my money. PLEASE, save your money and buy anything other that this brand.

I am on my third mattress in a years time. This last time they assured me that they would no longer honor the warantee. These have to be the worst of all mattresses and they start sagging within a matter of a couple of weeks. We have tried at least three models and each is a bad as the proceeding one. I cannot express how bad they are and a horrific waste of money. We are over $500 into this and see little or no hope and the company refuses any contact. Do not, under any circumstances buy one of these mattresses.

I have had this for less than one year. Very uncomfortable. Sags in the middle. I shift around the bed all night trying to get comfortable. Nothing helps. Even sleep without a pillow because it sags so much in the middle. Retailer will not refund money -- only replace with same product which I do not want.
