We have only had this mattress one year and three months - we rotate the mattress monthly as instructed. However, after the first month, the mattress sinks where we lay and does not return to original support. Rotating the mattress does no good. We purchased the king size mattress - there is a hump in the middle, with sinking holes on each side. We are very disappointed with this mattress and hope that the retailer will help us return this mattress to the manufacturer. For a mattress of this price, it should be comfortable and sinking holes should not occur.

We bought TWO Bemcos, one for our room and one for guests. The mattress in our room, after only one month is showing "body bumps". The one in the guest room has a strong chemical smell. Still smells 3 weeks later. When we called the plant manager in Springfield, IL He told us to bring the mattresses to the plant and he would make it right. We are seniors--how the heck do we carry two king size mattresses to a town over an hour away? He then said we could "meet somewhere" closer to home-Again, how would that be possible? We did not wish to incur the expense of hiring a truck and labor since the mattress issues were Bemco's not ours. I told him I did not want any adjustments as I felt the mattresses were of poor quality. He began to yell and claim I told him he was a "jerk" and his mattress "sucked". NEVER did I use I those words. I told him I wanted the mattresses picked up and a full refund. He refused. He continued to act irrational, yelling and ranting. I calmly said I simply could not go through the hassle of returning mattresses, then having them returned, and then if I am still unhappy- we go through it again??? I wanted a full refund. I realized that we were getting nowhere and asked for the name and number of the CEO of Bemco. The plant manager hung up on me. I finally got the name and number, but I think it is bogus--I have left several messages and no return call. In short, BUYER BEWARE. If you don't like this mattress be prepared to be treated with disrespect, poor customer service and NO satisfaction. We are seniors. We are out several thousand $ that we could barely afford, and we are getting poor nights sleep. I am really frustrated, upset and angry.

Our mattress is now about 4 years old. At first we loved it. But as time went on it got worse and worse. It was the top of the line Bemco Memory Foam. Now every night we climb into bed it sinks down many inches. If you get up to go to the bathroom you have to climb out of the hole and when you come back you climb back down in, because it has not raised back up. We are not fat. My husband weighs 172 and I weigh 135. I am so dissapointed I can not even think of the words to say. When we got rid of our old mattress (that was 2 years past it's warranty) it was mostly flat and no holes to get in. This one shows sunk in places on both sides through the bedspread, blanket and sheet. When we purchased it they "compared" it to a Tempurpedic Classic. My son has one and it has no holes after 8-9 years. You would think when a mattress costs over $1200 before tax it should last a while!!

The mattress is only 1 1/2 years old and it looks like it's 20 years old. We have rotated the mattress every month as we were told to do. The body impressions show severly even when the bed is made. I would never recommend the mattress to anyone.. My son and dau-in-law have had a Tempurpedic Classic for 7-8 years and theirs does not show body impressions at all.
