When shopping for a new mattress set for our son, we had several places in mind to look. Our third stop was to be Mattress Firm. When arriving at your store in Kennesaw, GA on 2/13/2011, we were welcomed by two sales associates, Lance and Chris. They were helpful yet not overbearing or pushy. After choosing the Sealy Posturepedic 'Irresistable' mattress set, we were very pleased with the way the sales associates worked with us on a fair price. We made the decision to pick up the mattress set ourselves. We were told it would be delivered to the store on Friday 2/18/2011, but to call first to make sure it was in store for pick up.
I called at noon on Friday 2/18/2011 and was told it was there. At 12:30pm, my daughter and I arrived with pickup truck out front and receipt in hand. When the associate, Chris, checked the computer, it was determined that the box spring had arrived, but the mattress was still at the warehouse. The truck had arrived late. Chris told me they would deliver it to our home at no charge. We were given the choice of that evening between 8:00pm and 11:00pm or Saturday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. We chose that evening, as I had already taken my son's bed completely apart. I requested that I would really prefer that they deliver as early as possible during that time frame as my husband works a lot of overtime and he is usually in bed between 9:00pm to 9:30pm. We received a call from the delivery crew promptly at 8:00pm and they arrived at 8:15pm. They were friendly and courteous and we could not be more pleased by the overall service we received from Mattress Firm.
Mistakes do happen sometimes, however, they bent over backwards to keep their customers happy and we do appreciated it. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to family and friends.
