Did not help with our bed warranty. Said their store was sold and the mattress company was sold as well.

I will never buy from this company again. They did not help us when we brought our warranty problem to them. It was a Very expensive bed that did not even last through the warranty time. Store rep was completely disinterested saying it was under new ownership, as was the mattress company. He basically told us that contacting the mattress company will do us no good.

Chattam & Wells was a Spring Air product. Spring Air went out of business. Here at Mattress Land Oregon we carry Sealy, Stearns & Foster, and Bassett and if you had one of these products we would be able to take care of the warranty. Again if your product was one of these products we would have no problem servicing you. Please call me at 541-734-2337 if you need help in finding someone that may carry Spring Air branded beds since their name rights have just been taken over.

Here at Mattress Land Oregon we will preform a service call on any products that we are able to service for the manufacture. All manufactures have a representative from a retail store go out and do service calls and have that representative report back to the manufacture their findings. The manufacture then is who determines if the mattress has a defect that is covered under warranty. If a dealer doesn't carry a certain manufacture then they can't go out and do a service call for that manufacture!
