My shopping experience was very nice. Probably a large part of my selecting this mattress was because I liked the salesman, he was easy to talk to and did not pressure me in any way,and that is what I like. I had looked at many different brands and was becoming very confused, so I decided to end my search that day and make a purchase. It seemed like a nice bed, from just laying on it in the store. It just isn't what I thought it would be. I didn't expect to see body impressions within a couple of weeks. Usually when foam rubber is compressed it will spring back, this doesn't . We decided to rotate it after a couple weeks, and now have a body impression at the foot of the bed. Now I'm afraid to turn it again for fear it will just get worse.
