Pros:
Very accomodating sales staff. Helped us to figure out that by buying two specially-sized boxsprings (at no extra cost), we could avoid having to remove a window in our home to get the mattress up the stairs.
Cons:
Didn't warn us that mattress was too heavy for 2 adults to turn!
