Delivery men came. Were mad my mattress and rails were "in the way". No one at the store told me it's Ashley's policy "to have things out of the way". Excuse me I bought the mattress FROM you too that day. Coulda told me then. So of the two men, one offered to help me move it. The rail fell apart as we moved it (also slicing the knuckle open and breaking my finger). My neighbors were there after I called them for help. I still can not close my finger all the way and may require surgery. THEN THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG FURNITURE SET (it was similar). So they wasted MY WHOLE SATURDAY. And brought me my furniture they delivered elsewhere all fingerprinted up. My husband was working and the delivery man put me on his cell phone with customer service. WOULD I GIVE A BAD REVIEW with him standing angrily in my house, and jeopordize his job and risk my safety!? NO. I went to Ashley's Furniture yesterday to speak to a manager? Guess what they got their money and they don't give a f*ck about my finger. SCREW THEM! I am considering a law suit. My email is KrisOfCourse83@gmail.com if any Ashley's Furniture rep would like to contact me. HAHA yeah...right...Oh and check other prices too. Horrible prices after seeing other furniture sales. Not worth the $ they charge even though it's pretty furniture.
