This is touted as the ultimate in back health and comfort. We've done everything the store recommended to break it in and get used to it, like having me walk on it, but to no avail. I sleep great, my wife can't sleep on it at all. You should only buy one where you can get a 100% no questions asked return or exchange if it doesn't suit you both. $3000 for a bed we can't share. We are not sure what (if anything) the retailer will do to help.
