Pros:
Comfort: form fits to your body
Ease of care: no need to flip mattress (not that one could anyway given how heavy they are!)
Cons:
Hot sleep: foam traps heats from your body so it very hot to sleep on (be prepared for high utility bills in summer for AirCon and limited need for blankets in winter)
Expensive: its a really expensive mattress and their seems to be little negotiation room. Sleepy's salesman (annoyingly) told me my mattress cost more than his entire community college education.
Overall I love my mattress - mattress fits less like a glove and more like a snuggie.
The only drawback is the heat. First time I slept on it I woke up in a sweat. Since then I've figured out the appropriate balance of bedding and airconditioning. The extra utility costs in the summer is more than offset by the comfort.
