Great Service and Great Mattress!!!

My husband and I decided to get rid of our old TempurPedic mattress and upgrade to a new and better mattress. We decided to try something other than Tempur-Pedic, as their prices are pretty steep and don’t always correspond to what you get. At first we went down the more traditional path by going to a mattress store. Of course traditional mattress stores mostly carry brands like Serta, etc., so we ended up with a Serta iSeries Ceremony mattress that was supposed to be amazing with a dual coil system, special cooling gel foam and so on. However, after sleeping on the thing for about 4 months (we had moved up north and really wanted to give it a chance so we didn't have to deal with replacing it), we both decided it just wasn't working. We both were heating up like crazy during the night and woke up with serious back pains after lying on it for only 5-6 hours. We called Serta to implement our 120-day return policy and after a world of drama and horrific customer service, we gave up (good luck with Serta customer service if you ever have to deal with them). Then I heard about Tempflow. We had just visited the person who told us about it, and his house was full of semi-new mattresses lying around. He said he had been trying different mattresses for a while in order to find the right one and that he had finally found it. We went home and researched the brand and after having read some pretty awesome reviews, we contacted Relief-Mart. The staff was really helpful and I ended up on the phone with Rick, who was more than helpful trying to get me the right mattress for a price that I was comfortable with (since I now had to pay for another mattress). He went above and beyond to make it all happen. I was a bit nervous buying the mattress over the phone without having ever tried it, but Rick listened to the problems that we were having with the Serta mattress and he really sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so I just went for it. I am so glad I did! The mattress is amazingly soft and yet it has great support – everything we wanted! We have slept so much better since we got it a couple of weeks ago! It takes about three weeks to get the mattress as they actually make it specifically for you. We actually think that our mattress is better than the equivalent Cloud-Lux model. The Tempflow pillows are wonderfully soft as well. We ended up customizing them by taking out some of the filling, and now they're perfect. When the mattress arrived, the delivery company had accidentally torn a couple of small holes in the mattress cover (but the mattress itself was fine). I called Rick to let him know, and he sent me a new cover that arrived only a couple of days later. Great customer service! During the waiting period, Rick was also always available when I called with a question and it has been a pleasure dealing with him and the company. It's definitely a great buy, and I love the fact that they use breathable, Biogreen foam. Will absolutely recommend!
