We purchased the complete set from a local retailer. After less than 3 weeks both sides there were sags. Contacted the retailer and they said Stearns & Foster would do nothing unless it was over 1.5". Well, our right now is 1". I was not informed prior to purchases this may happen, it is so bad that I will not take friends or family into my bedroom as even with the bed made there are indentations. Shame on both the retailer and Stearns & Foster for not supporting their product. Guess we can't manufacture good products anymore!
