We bought a Hotel Collection mattress about 3 or 4 years ago and spent $2600 on a king set. Within 3 months, both sides started sagging, causing the center to rise. We called Macy's and they replaced it but would only replace it with the same model. After another 6 months the same thing happened and we called again. This time, we were told that it was not sagging enough and they refused to replace it. Macy's customer service was outright nasty and the girl threatened to cancel the warranty. We are going today to get something else and will never shop at Macy's again. It was wonderful for 3 months but is now the worst mattress we have ever had.
