Sagged immediately. Firm bed doesn't support myself or my husband. It's really hot. HATE THIS BED!

My husband and i invested over $2000 in September 2011, thinking a good night's sleep for the next 10 year's was well worth the money. For the last 10 months we've never slept worse! He and i both now suffer from back, hip and neck pain because of this horrific bed. We look forward to when our kids wake in the middle of the night so we can go sleep on their Simmons Beautyrest, which feels dramatically better and supports our bodies appropriately. We didn't feel we had a right to register our complaint because our indent didn't meet the 1 1/2" requirements...which is bogus! Bottom line is that this bed blows and I can't believe they get away with the price for this piece of junk. They make it impossible to even rectify the problem. I feel like i was totally taken by this company. Worst consumer experience ever - I will no longer shop at Macy's and i will be sure to take to the Social network about what crooks Stearns and Foster are.

Bought the same mattress I year before, feels like we are sleeping in a hole , who do you complain to certainly not Macy's, I heard they send someone to measure how deep the bed is that's funny!

FOR SURE CALL MACY's Furniture customer service phone number. Register your complaint; they'll send you to some crack "quality inspection" company that you'll coordinate a date for an inspection; they'll come out and measure the hole in your bed. They literally take a string and run it across the mattress hole and then measure the space between the string and the mattress. it's a joke and a formality and from all i've read, no one's hole ever gets near the 1 1/2 inches that are required to send back the bed. On top of which, the pillow top supposedly hides all possible problems that exist beneath the pillow. This 11/1 inch requirement was supposedly something that was established in the 90s, prior to the onset of pillowtop beds. it's a joke. Our inspection hasn't happened yet...will report on how it goes if and when it ever happens,

The problem I had with Stearns and Foster bed is that I would up burning. I bought the bed from Art Van in Michigan. They took it back and gave me a refund. Thanks Art Van.

Stearns and Foster, you make an awful bed.
