The worst bed I ever bought. I went back to the store the next day and told them it didn't feel like the floor model. they told be it would "break in". That it takes about 3-4 weeks. I've had it 7 months and it's still a piece of *&^%! feels like sleeping on a hammock! No joke. I had to take it to the manufacturer and they suck even more than the bed they make! They said they didn't warranty comfort. All I asked was that the bed I bought was the same as the one on the show room floor. The one that I carefully picked out. They agreed that it was defective and said they would repair it. It still sucks and I'm stuck out $900. I don't ever type anything like this or this much about anything! That's how pissed off I am. I have to channel my anger some how. Beware of this company! Sleeptronic...

Thank You sooo much for writting your comments, I was thinking to buy a mattress at that store, but i do prefer to pay a couple hundreds more but for a better quality. thanks for let us know about the bad service and thank you so much for preventing us to unnecessary anger. :)
i believe this comment is definatly from a competitor....sleeptronic makes one of the best mattresses in the industry !!!
I purchased a king size sleeptronic Dream Mediteriean and absolutely love it! Plus the saleman at CLEO's in Hot Springs Arkansas (Tim ?) is really knowledgeable and informative. Super sale 1/2 prirce which made it even better! I was about to purchase a Tempur Pedic and was advised by a customer in the other store to beware, she had 2 good friends that said they sleep hot and had to pay $500 shipping back to the company...so shopped some more and so glad I Did...
I would agree it is the worst mattress I have ever bought. I only had the bed for 7 months and the bed looks like its 50 years old. The bed was defective. Its very pricey and very poor quality. I will be purchasing a new mattress very soon and will be returning the matress where It was purchased. In front of the business.
I have had mine 4 years and I was going to take it back for warranty 2 years ago but I could not find the receipt. I just found the receipt tonight and will be pursuing it again. I weigh 232 lbs and the pillow top part just broke down and now their is a big hump between me and the wife. We have turned it every couple of months and actually flipped it to the opposite side for 6 months and the pillow top was good for a couple of months after that. This thing is just capable of supporting my weight.
