Mattress began to cave on side leaning out after only one and half years now at three years simmons has decided to replace it so will wait for the new bed to arrive. It also sags in middle so you can imagine looked at the bed without the sheets on it, it sags in middle and leans to the right. Funny but not really.

After 5 years it seems Simmons hasn't learned, my mattress of approx.1 year looks exactly as you describe yours. I went through hell trying to get it exchanged, but the new one finally came last night.
