My husband and I were thrilled with this mattress at first now less than 2 years later we have sore backs every day. The pillow top is indented more than an inch and they denied our warranty claim because "They don't warranty comfort." The pillow top part is abour 4.5 inches thick and they won't replace until it's more than 1.5 inches indented. Waste of a LOT of money.

Did you ever get to 1.5 inches? My dealer told me to sleep on it longer and hope the indentation gets worse! Comforting thought - NOT!
same problem for me, I have horrible back paon for two years
yep They don't warrant comfort Terrible purchase. Buyers be ware.
