Not the same bed that was in the store!

Pros:
Was delivered when they said it would be delivered.
Cons:
Like sleeping in a tub of quicksand and Mattress Warehouse won't respond to my request for return. I've wasted $1,000.

The bed we tested in Mattress Warehouse on Pickett St in Alexandria VA  was nice and firm and very comfortable.  The bed that was delivered was NOT the same mattress that was in the store. This bed has a hard rim around the edge and the inside is mushy.  It kills my back.  It's like trying to sleep in a tub full of quicksand.  I have placed a "request for return" thru their website as required and sent two e-mails over the past week and have had no response.  DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THIS STORE.

Already took the complaint to small claims court and won. The judge particularly liked my pictures of the bowling ball sinking into the mush mattress that they delivered and found it of interest that the ball did not sink into the store display mattress (same model #) nearly as much. One can only conclude that Simmons made two versions of the same mattress, one for display, a different one for delivery.

no doubt I had 5 mattresses which replaced the nxg. all had quality issues, some were too soft, some were too hard, it was always something. Finally we ended up with a firmer mattress and are fearful of it blowing out as the first one did. You would think that they would set a standard that could be maintained throughout as to keep quality control up
