After only a year, it sags and causes backaches. DO NOT BUY THIS!! We contacted Sleepy's and Simmons and neither will do anything to resolve it. We will never buy from Sleepy's or a Simmons bed again! To purchase a mattress over $1300 to have it not last absolutely disgusts me.

My wife and I have the same issues. We're disgusted with this purchase but have been sleeping on it for two years. Buy the time we realized our soreness was due to the mattress (over 30 days) it was too late. I've had this mattress since 2009. and now we are really really suffering with everyday body aches. We sleep with pillows all over our body. Again, we're not satisfied and truly want to get rid of this bed....I'm thinking about getting the Number Bed. Any thoughts?
I brought my Simmons from sleep's in the Bronx. My mattress is only 8 months old and I is sagging on the middle. The most uncomfortable sleep I ever had. The inspector was no help. I will never buy another Simmons bed or any with Simmons in it. Now I am looking looking into buying anew bed. I have complained to to sleepys and all they do is give me the run around.
OMG!! I am having the same exact issues with this mattress and have only had it 18 months. Are you kidding me when you say that neither Sleepys nor Simmons will exchange their piece of CRAP??!!! If they dont change it I will be call HELP ME HOWARD this is RIDICULOUS to pay this amount of money for nothing.
