I feel like such a sucker. In the store this mattress absolutely wooed me and the technology, as described by the salesman, made sense to me. This is a $5000 mattress set. I spend this kind of money because I have degenerative disc disease and bulging discs and once I wake up in pain, the pain stays with me all day. Not only do I wake up in pain, but after just a few weeks I am no longer comfortable. I toss and turn all night unless I taking a sleeping pill because the bed is SO uncomfortable. I actually dread going to bed now. Thank goodness I have a 100 day comfort guarantee from the retailer. This bed is going back. I wish I had done prior research. My research is leading me to the latex beds. PLEASE DON"T BUY THIS!

While I pity your pain and suffering, you have to remember not everyone has major back issues like you, or they don't have the same exact issues as you. Have you never heard of people sleeping on the hard floor to help with back pain???? Some people need firmer mattresses, some need softer, and some people have major medical problems that are going to prevent them from ever truly being comfortable. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT PEOPLE. MATTRESS REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY USELESS UNLESS THE REVIEW IS FROM YOUR OWN CLONE. So basically they're worthless. You have no idea how that person sleeps, what their medical conditions are, or how long they've had the mattress. The mattress will ALWAYS feel firmer when you first get it compared to how it felt on the sales floor. It takes AT LEAST a month of consistant sleep on the mattress for it to soften up to the way it felt on the floor. That is the unfortunate reality.
The bed deteriorated very quickly. There was a visible well in the center of the mattress. When the two men came from Sleep Train to pick up the mattress to take it away, the mattress practically folded in half. One of them said, "Oh, that's not good." Seriously, the mattress was a piece of crap.
i went to sleep train in folsom there trying to sell me the same bed $ 5,000......just doing a little research.. hmm
After returning the bed I did more research and decided on a latex bed. I am thrilled with my choice! I ended up buying my bed from The Healthy Bed Store in Folsom. I was also very impressed with the beds and service at European Sleep Designs on Folsom Auburn Road.
