Take $2500, buy lottery tickets--better way to spend your money. I weigh 135 husband weighs 220. Both sides of bed sags. Warranty is useless, the bed must show 2" if sag without a person on it..Our bed is atleast 8" with a person on it--- but that doesn't count. Simmons used to make a great mattress-- we were replacing a 20 year old Simmons Beauty Rest... THAT WAS a great matttress. Would like to give it LESS than 1 star-- but this site doesnt allow that.

I have the same mattress and completely agree. I now suffer back and thigh pains after only sixteen months. No refund! Sleeping in a gulley would be more comfortable. I'm buying a Sealy Posturepedic tomorrow.

Here is the way I actually made it work. I bought a 4" memory foam bed topper from Belk here in Florida ...and I kept our kind puffy good quality mattress pad.......... However, I went though our closets where I kept quilts bed spreads and towels. I layered each gully in the mattress as appropriate to get each level for the original non compressed mattress. Then I put the memory foam topper and the mattress pad. It actually feels quite normal........ occasional adjustments to tweak it. Wendy
