Pros:
extremely comfortable for the first few months No springs Relieved back pain
Cons:
Center of mattress sinks after only a few months and leaves 3" indentation Expensive especially since it didn't hold up

I went with the latex mattress after extensive research and wanting to get away from inner spring mattress then trying it out in the store. It was great at first, meaning a few months. After that I started to notice the center of the mattress would not spring back and left a permanent indentation about 3" deep. This has become worse as time has gone by and I'm waking with awful back pain.
I contacted the company but they told me I had to contact the store! Then there is a huge charge to pick up/and deliver for repairs. This has a 30 year warranty with the first 10 years non prorated so I suppose the pick up/delivery charge is their way to make more money. This set, queen, cost $4.000.00!!
In case you're wondering, No, I'm not an extra large person that caused this mattress to sink. I'm 130 lbs and am the only one sleeping on this set. I'm livid!
I'm contacting the store this week and can't wait to see how they handle this.

This is in response to catrina t. I have had the same experiance with the same mattress. My Vera Wang Serene mattress was made in July '08. RC Willey (place of purchase) sent out an inspector to measure and it did qualify for replace. Since I live in Arizona now which there is not an RC Willey store in the state Serta has authorized me to purchase another mattress here. Here Here!!! for Serta and their warrenty

Update on my review:
The store sent someone out to inspect my mattress. He was shocked at the depth of the indentation he saw but his measurement of the depression was a hoax in the way he did it. A 3" indentation showed up at 1" in photos. The final result? Not covered under warranty because they consider it "normal wear and to be expected"! They also told me they aren't responsible for back pain from sleeping on a mattress.
Serta is of no help and said I have to deal with the store directly. I'm livid!!!
