Looks good when delivered but does not hold up.
Cons:
Mattress caved in, has deep depressions. No one responds to requests for warranty service.
Have a 10 month old Serta Addison that is sagging so bad you cannot sleep on it. Have emailed Serta with no response, so assume warranty is a farce.

I too have aSerta. I had it for a year before it started to form lumps and divots. My wife weighs 120 and I weigh 190. It was a firm mattress. I called and five months later someone came out and looked and said yep it is defective but the small coffee stain on the corner voids your warranty. Screw all of these mattresses companies, especially Serta.
