Pros:
Easy to move 12 years later the motor still works
Cons:
No such thing as "the right sleep number" Causes pressure points Does not always hold pressure

I have no idea why the media continues to say this mattress is one of the best. It truly is like sleeping on an air mattress but costs so much more.
I would have sent it back in the first 90 days but my husband (who could sleep on anything...even the floor) did not want the "hassle".
Never have found the right number for me and believe me I have tried. Hurts my hips and shoulders by causing pressure.
I am serious about the air mattress feel, better to buy a "blow up" and put a foam topper on it!
At $1900 and the hype I expected more...
Started to link air...we are not "heavy" people.

I Agree we have had the same problem with this mattress, it was a terrible experience.
