By the time a year passed, I noticed that I could only spin this $1100 mattress, I didn't get a full two sides to work with. Good thing I sleep alone! Now, at year 2, the spot I sleep in is sinking where my butt is. I am not a large person, size 10, 5'7" tall, and honestly, have no butt to speak of yet I know exactly where it goes when I sleep. I found this website while looking for info on the warranty. Says it's "10 years FULL." So tomorrow I'll call to see just what that means.

I have had mine for only 2 years and I definately have sagging where my butt is and I am a side sleeper. My side feels like it has been crushed when I wake up, which is several times a night. There is absolutely no support. I took off the nice cover I had on it today - it looks brand new. I have turned it a couple of times. The pillow top is still as pretty as the day I bought it, it is the springs within the mattress that stink. They are bulging out the sides, you can see it. I am not a huge person 5'8" 170lbs. $1200 flushed.

I contacted JC Penney, where I bought the mattress. They sent me a package to gather information about the mattress/box spring. UNFORTUNATELY, I needed the information from the tag on the mattress that I cut off when I received it. The tag was a stiff piece of coated plastic sewn into the end surface and best removed to accomodate a sheet. I didn't save either from the mattress or box springs. If you still have one of those, call the store from which you purchased the mattress and get a warranty package to fill out/return. In that package it does say that a 1.5 inch sinking is considered normal. I just know mine was 2"!
