Pros:
Just firm enough, comfortable.
Cons:
Doesn't envelope me enough. I don't feel like I am sinking in as much as I think I would like to (like the Westin beds for example, and I paid premium dollar for it.

I expected something more "cloudlike" for what I paid, but I like it and have had it for almost 5 years now.
