Paid $1400 for the set, and within 6 months had to get it replaced due to sagging where we sleep. They (Ashley) came out and measured, and had a 2 to 3 inch sag. They replaced it with same, have had it now for about 6 months, and is showing same signs. After they replace it the second time, I'm going to call Sealy and see what's wrong with their quality. Will definitely go with another brand, this one is absolutely terrible.

I had one similar, it was a twin and was supposed to be good for your back...yeah right! Worst mattress I ever purchased...

Same problem, but it appeared immediately, after having purchased it, a couple of weeks, not months. I bought it at Macy's, luckily I was able to return it, as I filed the claim within the 2 months period, but it costed me 300 dollars to return it on restocking fees and shipping charges. This is a king size mattress, terrible quality. I consider this is basically a scam, as there is no way the manufacturer and the store are not aware of the bad quality of the product they manufacture and sell.

Bought the King Posture Pedic Gel Series. Firm
December 2012. This mattres came out as "foam
Spring opticool" in early 2012.
Within 2weeks had body impression on both sides.
that left a high center. I felt like I was rolling up hill when I changed positions.
Mattress Firm has a 100 day exchange
Going to get rid of this one again
They already replaced it once for the same reason
Still searching for a new mattress
