First the product: I recently bought four of these mattresses for our new home. They are exceptionally well made, provide excellent support, and everyone in my family is getting a great night's sleep: no tossing and turning, a deep sleep (don't know how that happens but it does) and waking up refreshed and rested. Now the company: all I can say is prepare to be dazzled. Shopping for mattresses is not a fun task yet they've managed to keep it simple, honest and easy. I ordered everything right from their website. You will eventually talk with an executive and there is a vibe that they want nothing else than your complete satisfaction (and at the risk of waxing poetic) ... happiness.
