Insane

I don't even know where to start. I have just had the best week of sleep in years. Our new Luxury Firm King is awesome. We were in the market for a new mattress and after seeing the Saatva ad in the New York Times on a Sunday morning we decided to make the move. We normally don't make major purchases without kicking the tires but there was just something about this ad that we felt we could trust. I also agree that the Saatva website is trustworthy and very informative. This mattress has totally exceeded our expectations already. Soft yet firm. I dont know how they do that. The customer service at Saatva was terrific as well. Ordered the 14.5 and switched to the 11.5 by email. Not a problem. Ordered on a Sunday and could have had it that Wednesday but we were away. I also received the most appreciative voice mail from Saatva Exec Ed Brians. I was floored. Who does that? I will be definitely be recomending Saatva to anyone I can. Saatva made shopping for a mattress ....civilized. The only problem is that my kids are trying to take it over!
