I've had the Luxury Firm for three weeks and t's been extremely comfortable from the first day. There were no chemical smells or odors upon delivery. The cover is a soft organic fabric. It has a supportive and luxurious feel without any noticeable pressure points. Saatva came through as advertised, answered my inquiries immediately and provided excellent customer service.
