Unbelievably Comfortable

I purchased my Novosbed 2 years ago. I decided to wait to write an online review to give the mattress some time. I wanted to test its durability, see if it formed any permanent indentations, etc. After 2 full years of use, I have had absolutely NO problems with the mattress. The firmness and pressure relief has not changed, motion transfer is completely muted (I do not feel my husband's shifting), there are no indentations... the mattress still feels like it did the day we got it. We are very pleased with our purchase and still can't believe what a great deal it was. A mattress that is identical to the Tempur-pedic for literally 1/3 of the price. Another thing I remember is the great customer service that Novosbed provided. I was wary ordering online, but the customer service representative I spoke to assured me that their payment system was secure and that it was safe to order. They also accept Paypal which is what I ended up using. Overall, excellent mattress, excellent service, excellent company.
