There is suppose to be a 20 yr warranty on this mattress if it doesn't bounce back a certain amount of inches. Does anyone know how/who/what we have to do to use the warranty? We paid over $1000.00 for this mattress and it hasn't even been a year yet.

Thank you for the information. I have contacted them and the issue hasn't been resolved (yet) but I am being persistent.
I can't seem to get an answer about ours either. Purchased from back to bed. Every person I've spoke to tells me that miforma handles their own warranty. Funny thing is... I can't find any phone numbers or address for them! I am also being persistent. Good luck!
If you have any spots or smells on the mattress it voids the warranty. I was finally able to get a hold of a helpful person who put me in contact with MiForma. You have to pay $50.00 for someone to come inspect the mattress, no refunds. He found a small spot on the mattress from when the kids spilled lemon water and because he could smell the lemon it voided the warranty.
