My wife and I experienced the very same problem. The bed is an extremely inferior product and Jeromes should be highly ashamed of selling that kind of garbage. They seem to sleep just fine at night and only care about collecting your money. Once the money is collected, the horrific customer service and uphill battle begins. I have gone out of my way to slam Jeromes and warn my friends not to go there. You should be ashamed Jeromes and I know you will get yours in the end.
