We bought our Europa mattress at a discount seller without a trial period that you could bring it back & swap to another mattress, BIG MISTAKE! The mattress is too soft and has little support. My wife has been to a Chiropractor multiple times since we bought it & i have retreated to my daughters bed since shes gone to college. For $100 the saleman did offer to trade me into a mattress that was $300 cheaper when I bought this one. I emailed the company & they claim they will contact me, but they haven't. Now we have taken the mattress off our bed and are sleeping on our old broke down one, at least we're back in the same bed.

Sounds like this guy likes to get the mattresses other people take back to the Mattress Firms, Sleep Experts and Mattress Giants. He's just a mattress swapper!!! He may regret that one day...
