I am pissed off that I spent a month's salary for a new bed that is now stuck with a deep dip in the middle of the bed after just a few months under my 140 pound body. The only thing firm about this bed is the edge support. The only thing luxury is the cash made by these rip-off artists!

I do not think you properly supported this mattress. A box spring and mattress should alwyas have a good support frame with center supports. Most mattress manufacturers warranties are null and void if the mattress was used without good center supports. Also, your money should not be wasted if this happened after only two months. A good warranty would have replaced the mattress free of charge.
jdnot always the case - I paid to have a support (center support - 2X4's to the floor) put on my frame and my mattress still sagged in the middle ! all the company that I bought it from said I could do was UPGRADE!!!!
