A nightmare, the mattress collapsed within two weeks, and there was no recourse for me. The company is a nightmare to deal with, they don't return telephone calls. I am not heavy - 160 lbs, but the mattress was completely sunken within two weeks. I highly recommend staying away from their products. I really don't believe that the mattress I received was even new it collapsed to rapidly. They tried to get me to purchase an upgraded mattress, but I just went to another store and purchased something - a store that will not sell Corsicana, by the way!

my parents got a queen size it has developed and big dip in the middle of the bed and no one will honor the warranty ,and no one will do any thing to help them out so don"t buy a bed from this manufacture they don" care for their customers at all
I don't know if you're referring to the manufacturer or the furniture store - but they are, both, very impossible indeed. What junk - I still really believe they sold me a used mattress/box spring and not new at all. Over fifteen years ago I bought a mattress from a mattress place, paid $200 less and that is still in use in the house I go to visit in Virginia. The company AND the furniture store are just awful. I'm so sorry your parents had the same problem.
