What model did you buy? and what warranty service did you receive from Carpe Diem? I am looking to buy a mattress and if you can give me further info on your experience, I would love to hear from you.

Hello Lucy, My name is Anthony and I am a retailer on the east coast of Carpe Diem Beds of Sweden. I am sorry to here of you issues with your bed. However I have been reatiling Carpe Diem Beds for about 7 years now and this is the first negative revie I have read about them. Please contact me and I will have the Carpe Diem rep contact you personally. Carpe Diem stand behind their proiduct 100% On a side note, you have this product listed as a memory foam mattress which Carpe Diem Beds are not memory foam mattresses. You also have it listed as a pillow top which again it is not. The comfort and support of Carpe Diem beds come from the floating pocket coil unit in the sleep system. The top mattress consisting of cotton, wool, and 1 inch of natural latex is to insulate your body. It is the only part that needs to be flipped and rotated and will settle improperly if you did not flip and rotate the the top mattress. Either way, I am sure if you contact Carpe Diem Beds they will fix your problem. Please contact me at (800) 417-5337 for info on how to get in contact with Carpe Diem Beds Customer service in the United States. If you prefer email use amontero@sleepetc.com All the best, Anthony
