I purchased mattress from Rooms to Go and can't get them to admit that it has a problem. It is only 5 months old. On complete right side to the middle, it is real soft and edges collapse when sitting on it. On the left side from middle to edge it is firm. When there is no weight on bed, it pops up and looks like it is normal. Never got any warranty info on it.

Did you get a display model? I was told some display models are made to be firmer on one side than the other to allow customers to feel the different firmness in store.

Thanks for the help, I was considering one, not now

I wouldn't rule out the mattress based on the poor judgement of someone who purchased a mattress from RTG. First of all, did you purchase the mattress online? Does RTG have stores in your area or only website? Could it be that you received a display sample that they get rid of online without saying so?

What you describe is clearly an abuse by the retailer and not CMG. Did you try to get in touch with CMG?

Have you tried contacting a supervisor at Rooms to Go..They are generally very flexible with returning a defective mattress for one of equal or greater value..It doesn;t even have to be the same manufacturer although I think CMG makes a very good bed for the money..

I would go straight to CMG. It is not their fault that the store will not work with you. Put your mattress in a truck and take it directly back to the store. Tell them they either replace t or everyone in the building will know how unfair their company is
