We've had this mattress for 3 years and are looking at a new one already.
The price was right, but coming from a discount mattress I thought anything is an upgrade. I was wrong. Our old discount mattress in our spare room is a better sleep than this one!
My complaints are: the pillow top is swealtering hot. I normally run cold but not in this bed. I'm constantly uncovering and covering up all night long. I'm also a side sleeper, and this bed doesn't support you in the right places. I'm constantly having shoulder, neck and hip pain and when I purchased this I was under 30!
My husbands complaints are that being a back or stomach sleeper, he finds it too cushy in the wrong places. Again support, he's been complaining of back pain from the moment he gets up. He was under 30 too! Back pain shouldn't be a factor yet!
All in all, I have to say it's not a defective mattress. There is no sagging, no lumping nothing of that matter, just uncomfortable. i should have complained immediatly to the manufacturer but I thought we just needed to get used to it coming from our old mattress I thought it'd take some time. I was wrong!
