Will NEVER trade there again.The people are so happy to help you spend your money But not to help when in 2 months your mattress is not worth sleeping on .I called 4 different places to get help with this and it seems i an just out of 800.00 dollars just for the mattress

DO NOT PURCHASE from Sit N Sleep. Go there to see what you want and purchase somewhere else where you have guaranteed customer service. We bought a Sealy foam bed with an adjustable base that didn't work from the time it was delivered. A technician said it was defective and we have been trying to have it returned for over a month. They are recalcitrant in their resolve and want me to please them rather than providing a replacement product. We are still insisting on returning the adjustable base to the manufacturer to be repaired and we want a replacement that works! They will not do that and insist on bringing people in to our bedroom to take it apart and try and replace the parts to fix it. Not acceptable for brand new product.

Poor customer service. Bed was defective and had manufacturer warranty and Sit N Sleep won't replace. Ludicrous and they give you the run around again and again.

have had to call them numerous times and have had them inspect the defective bed. they all say yes we'll replace but then have an excuse at the last minute. don't get suckered into the trap.

We purchased a Kingsdown Sleep to live 800 from this outfit. We had had a great prior experiance with a Kingsdown mattress we had purchased in New York, so we decided to purchase a Kigsdown product again. We used their computerized bed to determine our individual sleep firmness, layed on the appropriate bed, and it felt wonderful. So far GREAT!. We were told we had a 30 day sleep trial. We paid $4000 for the bed and went home to await delivery. The bed was delivered a week later and was set up. We laid on THIS bed and it felt nothing like the bed in the store. We voiced our concern and were told the bed would need to break in. Approaching 30 days, the bed was still horrible, we called SitnSleep and told them of our problem. They sai we could exchange the bed if we paid a $500 stocking fee and bought a higher priced bed. There's your sleep trial. Now a year later, we have a horrible bed with big ruts in both sides and a stiff barrier in the middle. We call KingsDown and voice our concerns. We get a call from SitnSleep informing us that they will send out an inspector. The inspector comes out and tells us nothing. One week later we get a letter from SitnSleep telling us the bed is not defective, but we can get a discount on yet another bed if we want to pay again. We instead go to Sears in Riverside and buy a Serta top of the line mattress for less than half the price of the Kingsdown, and are finally sleeping on a comfortable bed which we purchased from folks who talk straight and still know the meaning of customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM SitNSleep and KingsDown LIKE THE PLAGUE!     

 We purchased a mattress and after only 3 years it had an almost 2 inch dip in the middle. After going through a mattress inspection we were given a credit for a new mattress, but when it came time to deliver the delivery people inspect your old defective mattress before they will make the exchange.  They claim to see a bogus stain and refuse delivery. I then get a call from Rosea saying I have to have the imaginary stain professionally cleaned and they will come to reinspect. She was very rude on the phone and I have a feeling the whole warranty is bogus. After looking online for a few minutes I have seen this same story more than once. Do not buy from them!

I'll be honest. I technically *have* the budget to buy whatever bed I want.. but I prefer finding a luxury bed at a budget price. I'd rather save what cash I can for the unknown bumps along the road. When I'm trying to find a great bed for a better than average price, it has been my experience to go to Sit n Sleep. I like it.

The salespeople are worse than used car salesmen with really sneaky tactics. I was looking to spend around $750 and went there during their 50% off sale. They had apparently "sold most of their 50% off beds," so I was shown a "great deal" that was a $3000 floor model that was 50% off. I was told that I could test the bed out for 30 days and if I didn't like it I could exchange it for another bed. I told them about my back injuries and problems sleeping due to pain in my neck and hips. I was told I would LOVE this bed and I couldn't go wrong! I couldn't sleep at all the first night and called back to say I needed a different bed the next morning. They made me wait and try it for a week. After NO sleep for an entire week and worse pain than from my old mattress, I begged to get an exchange. I ended up picking out the bed I was interested in the 1st place but they said that I had to make an even exchange, so I had to pick out a bed that was $1500 or more. And, they also neglected to tell me that I'd have to pay a $300 exchange fee! I was so desperate because I was so sleep-deprived and in pain, I agreed reluctantly. They said I could get a payment plan through the store and they wouldn't charge me any interest for a year. Well, it turned out to be a deferred interest plan thru Citibank, which means that if you don't pay it all off in a year that you have to pay the entire year's interest ( at 27.99% interest) in spite of how small your balance is at the end of the year. On top of that, I had to sleep on the sofa for 1 mo. because my new mattress was off-gassing so bad it made me nauseous and burned my throat. I will NEVER shop there again!!
