Pros:
Accepted my order by telephone, and the bunkbeds and mattresses delivered to the warehouse in 2 days.
Cons:
Nothing. I called, and I picked it all up 2 days later!

I had ordered bunkbeds from another store that were supposed to be delivered Sep22nd. They called to say they were going to be a month late. We had 9 houseguests arriving for the weekend. I called Simons and they let me buy the furniture over the phone and pick up the beds (that are gorgeous!) 2 days later!!
