The entire process was a breeze. I was treated with respect and professionalism. Questions were answered promptly and answers were easily understood. This company sells a quality product and wants their customers to be happy. Don't hesitate to buy from them if you're looking for a fabulous mattress at a decent price. The delivery company they use in the Southern California area has high standards as well. Overall, this was a great experience.
