My wife and I decided it was time for a new bed. We thought we might want to buy a latex mattress and tried several at the store, but in the end we purchased an innerspring Serta mattress with a thin foam cushion on top. We also bought a new headboard, foot board and rails made by Shakers. The new bed is very comfortable and looks great.

Our experience with the folks at Metro Mattress was quite positive. We were encouraged to try several mattresses and when we made our decision to buy, were given some extra items (pillows, an impermeable mattress cover) to round out what was a sale price. Delivery was as promised and we had no difficulty exchanging an overly-thick box spring for a thinner one.

I would just like to say that Steve at Metro Mattress has the most knowlege, was the most pleasant, and personable sales person I have encountered in my "mattress" hunt. I haven't purchaced one yet, but I will be tomorrow!...I will let you know how the mattress is shortly, but I have to say how much it means to have the best aale people that can answer all of your questions, made you feel relaxed...no preassure...I will be back and I will make sure to recommend Metro Mattress to all my friends and family.

Out of the 4 stores I went to, I found that the salesman at Metro Mattress could answer any question I had. I did my research and in fact tried to throw him a couple screwballs, even with brands that they didn't carry. The salesmen was able to explain the differences in almost every different manufacturer. Pertaining to the actual mattress purchased, I couldn't be happier with the Serta Trump bed that I ended up buying. I had severe lower back problems and through the past 2 weeks I have had the mattress, the pain has started to alleviate.
