I haven't had this bed for even 2 years and it is already extremely creaky and we can't sleep on it without waking up with a backache!! Our receipt got destroyed by water and we can't file a claim without it!! The manager told us that our warranty is void now!!!!! Seriously?!?!?!
Overstock Mattress gave us a good deal on a Queen mattress that we recently purchased. Joe at the store was very patient and informative. He gave us a good deal on the mattress too.
He explained about the mattresses they have and also gave us enough time among ourselves to discuss. He gave us free delivery too.
