I bought a sealy grendon firm mattress at mattress king. I paid over 800.00 dollars. After a month, it started to sag in the middle. I went to the store and complained 4 times. They told me it was normal for it to sag a little...after more complaining, they brought out a new bed....guess what, it started to sag after 2 weeks. In order for me to get a different bed, I would have to go up in price for a bed and pay handleing fees! I"m not spending a penny more at that store. Now, I"m stuck with a sagging mattress that I hate. Beware of all the new kinds of mattresses out there. Stick to the basic.Watch the warranty!!

THIS INFO WAS IN A BROCHERE BUT NOBODY WENT OVER THAT WITH US. tHEY AVOIDED THE WHOLE RETURN POLICY. We purchased a $800 mattress and it was to hard. Called next day and upgraded for another $100 and had it delivered. Now there was another $300 charge for changing our mind after 1 day, som in total we paid $1200 for a $876 mattress. Never go there again and will tell anybody that will listen to stay away. Now they can resell our mattress for another $800. Nice work if you can get it.

Bought a Sealy and within 2 weeks it was sagging and uncomfortable. Went to store and rude salesman (Nathan) said it wasn't sagging enough yet (1 1/2)... While I was there I saw the bed that I just bought was $400 cheaper, so I asked for the difference and he laughed me out of the store! Very Rude! The bed is junk and the store treated me horribly.
