we went to buy a boxspring that broke. we ended up buying a whole new mattress set. THat in itself was not the problem. the problem is that they pushed their "Worry No More" warranty that turned out to be completely useless. They also said that mattress manufacturers will deny warranty if we use a competitor's box spring (this turned out to be completely false... We should have realized that some people don't use box spring on a platform bed.. manufacturers can't void warranty just becase they don't use a box spring, how can the void warranty if we use a different boxspring?). During the first 90 days they have a full replacement guarantee. but about 100 days, the box spring started to make a lot of noise. when we contacted them for warranty they complained incessantly that we should have contacted them 10 days earlier. They eventually sent someone to test the defect, and ordered a replacement under warranty, but it was not a very pleasant experience dealing with it. The mattress they sold us eventually developed deep enough body impression to give us daily backaches, but they were of no help.
Use this place if you want to waste your money and be mad. They'll send a smelly guy out with a yellow ruler with a slider (it's really Saturday Night live material if I wasn't so upset about wasting $3,000) who WILL find there there is nothing wrong with your bed even is you show him the mattress goes half way to the box spring when you lay on it. They don't test beds according to what they do when a person is on it. It's whether a plastic ruler could get a good sleep. I said I bet I could get a good sleep on that bed if I weighted the same thing as that ruler but at 170 pounds it's a different story. The smelly guy with the ruler doesn't actually tell you his finding, he asked to borrow my cell phone, hands it to me and says they'll discuss it with you and he's is out the door before I can get it to my ear (wonder why) .
Bought Mattress and double Box Spring set. They were 2 hours too early which caused problems to start. The Delivery crew unloaded them by dropping them off the truck to the ground. (appox 4.5 feet). The wood in the box springs do not like that. Management did not seem to care or look into their delivery process or people who did this. I'm having the junk picked back up and money returned. My time is valuable and they think I can have someone at my house all day long for them.
