I got a Flobed 6 weeks ago and love it. It was the replacement for a Serta pillowtop that was horrible. The Serta started great but within 6 months was really showing the wear - big depressions where we slept. $1100 on a mattress that was worthless in under 4 years was not a mistake I wanted to repeat. That's when I first learned about latex and then about Flobeds. The ordering process is easy enough and everything ships in cardboard boxes. I put it together in under an hour. The latex mattresses we looked at locally (City Matt.) were much more expensive, not 100% latex and fixed firmness for both sleepers.
The FloBed has interchangable firmness cores that allow me to tune each side to match the sleeper - and to keep doing it as needed if needed. That's really cool. I hated the 'mystery mattress' aspect of my last bed - not really knowing what was inside or what was going wrong with it. I can open the FloBed up at any time and see, touch and feel each component.

If definitely feels different from the innersprung mattresses we've always had. Not bouncy at all but it's so comfortable to sleep on.

BTW, we went with FloBed's Posture Select with Talalay latex cores on the Pine Slat Foundation. It's excellent.
