We have a Denver mattress king size bed. The heat from the memory foam top has been killing us so we asked salesman for solution. He told us to buy an iso-cool mattress pad. When we looked at the pad we expressed doubt that such a thin pad could do anything. He reassured saying space age material really worked and no one had ever complained. Complete satisfaction. Ten minutes later of sales talk, we were suckers and bought it. That night product did nothing to help cool down mattress. Next day we were told we were out of $115 and out of luck. No returns and no help. Denver Mattress apparently doesn't need to concern itself with customer satisfaction but rather sales. Disappointing.

Nice showroom and the salespeople were honest and friendly. I had a problem with another company that I purchased a bed through as they claimed it would not fit up my stairs when they got to my house. Well, Denver Mattress guaranteed they could do the job. I bought the same Queen size adjustable base at a better price and the delivery team did not have any problems getting it up my stairs. From start to finishing set up, it only took 15 minutes. It was a great experience. I only had to exchange my mattress pad as they accidentally gave me a King size instead of a Queen. I'm waiting on the bracket set to attach the head board but everything else was excellent. I like the warranty that came with the bed and pricing was good.

Outstanding experience learning about, and ultimately buying a memory foam mattress. Brian, the manager was very knowledgable, low key sales approach, and patient as we tried a lot of beds and pillows before coming back 6 hours later to make a buying decision. Labor Day holiday, or some kind of delay in Denver resulted in a later than indicated delivery. Brian was nice/patient as we called almost daily with "is it here yet?". In the end he made it right with a promised delivery and an exchange of mattress covers for two pillows. Oh, and we do like our new mattress and ergo thingy a lot. But my intent is to give two thumbs up to Brian, and Denver Mattress in GJ.
