very honest and extremely professional and polite. had a great experience and we've become lifelong customers. we had a question on something and the manager called us back right away. this is the type of customer service I wish I got with every product I buy. definitely give these guys a try before you go to one of the big-name stores.

Pros:
Very accomodating sales staff. Helped us to figure out that by buying two specially-sized boxsprings (at no extra cost), we could avoid having to remove a window in our home to get the mattress up the stairs.
Cons:
Didn't warn us that mattress was too heavy for 2 adults to turn!
